Pete is a solo practitioner, having formed Pete Palmer Law LLC in the fall of 2016 to formally concentrate his practice on the mediation of civil matters throughout "Kentuckiana" (the local term for "Kentucky and Indiana"). With an office located in New Albany, Indiana (just across the Ohio River from Louisville, Kentucky), he spends about half of his professional time in each of the two states, often hosting mediations at his office, which was designed with mediations in mind. He also travels throughout both states for mediations upon request.
Pete's nearly thirty years of legal experience includes extensive work on medical malpractice, products liability and general personal injury matters, both from the plaintiff and the defense perspective. He is amongst the experienced mediators in Kentuckians and has successfully mediated all types of civil injury, commercial, construction and estate matters.
