Biographical

Pete is a solo practitioner, having formed Pete Palmer Law LLC in the fall of 2016 to formally concentrate his practice on the mediation of civil matters throughout "Kentuckiana" (the local term for "Kentucky and Indiana").  With an office located in New Albany, Indiana (just across the Ohio River from Louisville, Kentucky), he spends about half of his professional time in each of the two states, often hosting mediations at his new office, which was designed with mediations in mind.  He also travels throughout both states for mediations upon request.

Pete's twenty-three years of litigation experience includes medical malpractice, products liability and general personal injury defense work with two prominent defense firms in Louisville, Kentucky, as well as over a fifteen years plaintiff's litigation experience in similar areas in both states.
